Save time by requesting your medication refills via our app. It’s easy to download and easy to use.

To download app:
1. Search and download Refill Assistant in the App store on your phone.
2. Open App and enter zip code.
3. Choose PURE Compounding as your preferred pharmacy.
4. Type in your name and all of your info.
5. When entering your pet’s birth date, if you are not sure of the actual date, enter 01/01/2001.
6. Tap Refill Prescriptions and follow steps to submit a refill request.
7. Feel free to call us for help, if needed.

When you call for refills, make sure that we have your cell number and we’ll text you when your compounded medication is ready for you to pick up.
